Yesterday after school we headed over to Scarlett's house with xanah and miranda in tow for dinner. We miss them a lot! Since they live a world away, we don't see them nearly as often as we would like to. But that's all going to change because Mimi made the best vegan and gluten free dinner in the world....we've now decided that we are going to invite ourselves over weekly. Not only is the food good but so is the wine! Mimi moonlights at a winery and must sneak out through the back door on occasion with cases of the delicious nectar. Everything is good at their house. Plus the fun never ever ends! Rowan thinks I am gods gift to boys so I always leave feeling like a rock star! Mama always leaves feeling happy since she doesn't dine with the ladies very often. Thank you ms. Mimi for a glorious night of good times. We love you and your culinary creations. Oh, and thank you for introducing me to mango and coconut sorbet.
