Could there possibly be a more exhilarating way to enjoy a day without kids?? Resting. Relaxing. Reading. Peaceful bliss. Breathing. Connecting. Picnic'ing. Absorbing the beauty of the surrounding area.

And of course there was yoga. What a spectacular environment to soak it all in. Daddy had the brilliant idea of playing the Saul David Ray yoga class on the iphone so mama could get her grove on. Saul is her very own personal Buddha. It makes her so much more pleasant to be in the presence of her when her chakras have been properly tuned up and yoked.

Her photographic creative genius hard at work.

What daddy does best.

This is the Lake Como of British Colombia according to the Mrs. This is North Vancouver's drinking water supply.

Para gliders descend off of this mountain all day long. Daddy is going to take the plunge this week and do it. Mama first needs to confirm that his life insurance policies haven't expired.

It isn't often that the older generation (my parents) take the time to bird watch. They did a lot of it in the 6 hours of R & R they had while Brianna looked after us.
