My dearest Auntie Ro was laid to rest at sunset today in the Pacific Ocean. It was a lovely affair that included drinking whiskey from something like 1932. Auntie Ro had requested that it be done at her memorial service since she had been in possession of a mafia related bottle of whiskey from the days of prohibition that was apparently from her fathers stash.

Papa had a little too much of the stuff and suddenly grew long ears as a result.

Only would a Glick devour chocolate cake from a mystery plate. Nobody mentioned to them the probability of contracting hepatitis. They would not have cared! Must have chocolate cake!

Sophie thankfully didn't go overboard but one of her shoes did. The seagulls swooped in a flew off with it. It didn't take them too long to figure out that leather isn't so tasty.

Sophie spent most of her time trying to cheer Cousin Jen up. She couldn't bare all of the crying.

The legacy will live on. These three will fill those big shoes that Ro had.

We couldn't believe that aunt Emily would have a shot of that whiskey. That is unheard of!

Ron had a few too many of them!

Farewell my love. You were an amazing human being. So full of radiant light. And tremendous sweet love. You were infectious with your love. Such a gift you were to those around you. And now, you have finally been set free! You are missed terribly.

This is how it ends. Wiping away tears while taking in this gorgeous sunset.
